Through Presidio Scholars, the foundation's flagship initiative, we connect underrepresented students with mentorship, industry exposure, and hands-on learning designed to expand access to careers in commercial real estate and the built environment.

The Presidio Scholars Program is an immersive, in-person summer experience that introduces college students from historically underrepresented and under-resourced backgrounds to career pathways across the real estate development industry.
Through hands-on learning, Scholars explore the disciplines that shape the built environment while working in teams to develop a proposal for a real San Francisco property. Along the way, they gain real-world exposure through mentorship, professional development, networking, and behind-the-scenes industry experiences, building the skills, confidence, and connections to pursue future opportunities in the field.
